Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑scale migration to AWS to modernize infrastructure, enhance resilience, and enable business agility.
• Align technology transformation with corporate strategy, ensuring outcomes support growth, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration across IT, security, compliance, and operations to deliver seamless migration.
• Drive adoption of AWS‑native services and automation, optimizing cost efficiency and unlocking innovation potential.
• Facilitate change management, training, and knowledge transfer for operational teams.
• Ensure risk‑managed execution, with proactive governance, stakeholder transparency, and measurable performance outcomes.
• Ensure post‑migration validation, performance tuning, and operational handover.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong program/project management expertise with proven success in cloud migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with migration tools (AWS Migration Hub, CloudEndure, Application Discovery Service).
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong grasp of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems and knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (MAS TRM, GDPR, ISO27001).
• Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).

Qualifications

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Solutions Architect certification highly desirable.
• 8–12 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3–5 years in cloud migration projects.
