Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to ensure high availability of production environments and adherence to SLAs. You will lead technical consultancy, manage service delivery operations, and analyze system performance for optimization. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field, along with 5+ years of VMWare experience, and certifications like AWS or VCP are desirable. This role requires excellent skills in scripting and knowledge of ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of VMWare experience with knowledge on HCI and SDDC.
• Familiarity with automated security patch management.
• Experience in setting up project environments across development, QA and production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations that conform to Service Level Agreements.
• Provide technical leadership and consultancy to customers.
• Review Incident Reports and lead High Severity issue resolutions.
