A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Manager to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will lead IT teams covering infrastructure, applications, and service desk operations while ensuring system availability and security. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, substantial experience in IT operations, and proven leadership skills. Develop and implement IT strategy, policies, and governance aligned with business goals.
Lead and manage IT teams covering infrastructure, applications, service desk, and vendors.
Oversee IT operations, ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
Manage enterprise infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.
Oversee application lifecycle management, upgrades, integrations, and support.
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, licensing, and vendor contracts.
Establish and enforce IT service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release).
Drive digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization initiatives.
Act as escalation point for critical incidents and major service disruptions.
Prepare management reports, KPIs, and IT performance dashboards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA / MIS) is an advantage.
8–12 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or application management.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization, storage, cloud).
Good understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and databases.
Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong knowledge of IT security, risk management, and compliance.
Experience with ITIL-based service management and SLA governance.
Proven vendor, contract, and budget management experience.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
