Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a driver to safely operate vehicles for deliveries and collections. The ideal candidate will possess a valid local driving license, have 1–2 years of driving experience, and be able to handle physical tasks. Qualifications

• Able to handle physical work, including lifting and moving goods (up to 5KGs per carton).

Job description

1. Driving & Delivery Duties

• Safely operate company vehicle(s) for delivery and collection of goods, documents or materials as assigned.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transport.
• Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded with proper handling to avoid damage (upto 5KGs per carton).
• Maintain a log of daily driving activities, mileage, fuel usage and delivery records.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies at all times.

2. Vehicle Upkeep

• Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, lights) and report any issues promptly.
• Arrange for scheduled servicing and repairs when required.
• Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) and roadworthy.

3. General Support

• Assist other departments as required including ad hoc warehouse & logistics tasks.
• Handle goods with care and ensure documentation is accurate.

Job Requirements
