Job Scope

• Manage motor insurance renewals, new policy applications, and policy endorsements efficiently.
• Coordinate with insurers, workshops, and customers to obtain insurance quotations and facilitate claims processes.
• Prepare and process insurance-related documents, certificates, and official correspondence.
• Ensure prompt submission of applications, renewals, and claims to meet service timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date insurance records and ensure accuracy in internal databases.
• Provide administrative support to both sales and aftersales teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding motor insurance policies and claim procedures professionally.
• Assist in compiling and preparing reports for management and insurance partners.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, finance or a related discipline.
• Possession of industry certifications such as the Certificate in General Insurance (CGI), BCP & PGI, or ComGI is an added advantage.
