Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide daily ICT support troubleshoot PCs, printers, LAN / printer issues for staff and students.

Support ICT project implementation, vendor & contract management for school- and MOE-initiated ICT / AV projects.

Manage and update school website via WordPress (or equivalent CMS); edit content, images, articles.

Maintain ICT asset inventory and manage loan / issuance of equipment; assist in seat refresh when needed.

Prepare ITQ specifications, quotations, and relevant documentation for ICT / AV procurement.

Conduct Just-In-Time ICT training / workshops for staff and students; prepare training materials and multimedia content.

Design and integrate digital literacy and multimedia modules into teaching and learning curriculum under HOD guidance.

Support AV operations for assemblies and school events manage sound system, record photos / videos, livestream events when required.

Collaborate with HOD ICT to gather ICT / AV needs and propose suitable technical solutions.

Perform any other duties assigned by school leadership or HOD ICT.

Contract Duration

1 year contract (2 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Working Hours

Monday - Friday : 7:00 am 4:30 pm

Requirements

Diploma or higher in IT or relevant discipline; work experience in school ICT environment preferred (1 year).

Proficient with multiple operating systems, desktop / network support, and CMS website administration (e.g. WordPress).

Skilled in multimedia content creation video editing (especially on iOS / Mac), photography, livestreaming.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and work independently.

Willingness to carry / set up ICT / AV equipment when necessary.

Past experience in ICT asset management, staff training, AV support in a school setting is a strong plus.
