A growing renewable energy organisation is seeking an HR Generalist in Singapore. The role focuses on HR operations, employee lifecycle support, and local recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 15 years of HR experience. Familiarity with Singapore labour laws is essential. This individual contributor role does not require people-management responsibilities and is suited for those who thrive in dynamic, cross-cultural environments.
We are expanding our presence in Singapore and are looking for an HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross‑cultural environment. This role focuses on HR operations, employee lifecycle support, and day‑to‑day HR administration, with some involvement in local recruitment. It is well‑suited for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a growing renewable energy organisation.
The HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR activities for our Singapore office, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and coordination of compensation and benefits processes, as well as managing local recruitment needs. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a solid understanding of Singapore labour regulations.
