Overview

As the Human Resource Specialist focusing on Internships, Insurance, and Learning & Development (L&D), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for interns, administering employee insurance benefits, and supporting the development of a robust learning culture within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Plan the Annual Training Calendar and notify all staff of the training available.
  • Organize in-house training monthly. Duties include registering staff for courses, preparing attendance list, applying for training passes, applying for SDF subsidy, obtaining a copy of the training materials for centralized filing and collating of evaluation forms.
  • Co-manage yearly training programs and other Leadership programs.
  • Manage the recruitment for Internships. Ensure timely renewal and that exit formality are done according to SOP.
  • Monitor employee records to ensure commitments from the company including confirmation letters.
  • Keep track and identify Interns from existing and past talent pools, who are interested to continue their career journey with Pico. Handling over the identified Interns to the Acquisition Team.
  • Assist the Director and Manager in yearly recruitment talks at local university and polytechnics and other tertiary institutions.
  • Take charge of employees’ medical and insurance programs such as renewals and health screenings.
Requirements
