Job summary
A company in Singapore is seeking a Payroll and HR Administrator to manage payroll processing, handle government-related submissions, and maintain employee records. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring accurate payroll operations and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with HR processes will be essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle CPF submissions, IRAS submissions, and NS claims.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality.
- Manage and update employee attendance and leave records.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Prepare HR-related letters such as employment verification.
- Track and manage employee leave applications.
- Coordinate staff benefits and insurance enrolment.
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Handle CPF submissions, IRAS submissions (e.g. IR8A), NS claims, and other government-related contributions and reports.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
- Manage and update employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database (e.g. HRMS).
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process (e.g. issuing contracts, collecting documents, exit clearance).
- Prepare HR-related letters such as employment verification, warning letters, and confirmation letters.
- Track and manage employee leave applications, medical certificates, and attendance.
- Coordinate staff benefits and insurance enrolment and claims.
