Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate job offers; facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures; conduct investigations and recommend resolutions.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement, leave); assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
  • Training & Development: Support the development and implementation of employee training programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.
