What You’ll Do
Strategic HR & Stakeholder Partnering
  • Lead a HR team of 4 to deliver end-to-end HR services.
  • Partner closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and people‑related risks.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning.
  • Identify gaps in HR practices and drive continuous improvement.
End‑to‑End HR Leadership
  • Oversee full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
  • Design and implement learning & development programs.
  • Manage performance reviews, talent development, and appraisals.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Track HR metrics and use insights to improve HR processes.
