Job summary

VALUE CHAIN ASIA PACIFIC is seeking a Senior Human Resource Manager in Singapore to oversee recruitment, training, and employee welfare initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and possess over 5 years of HR experience, with strong skills in communication, organization, and public relations. This position is crucial for the effective operation of the HR department, coordinating efforts to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • University degree or above, major in human resources, business management.
  • More than 5 years of working experience, with over 3 years in the same position.
  • Systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode.
  • Proficient in recruitment, performance, and training modules.
  • Familiar with national and local laws on HR management in Singapore and Malaysia.

Job description

Job responsibilities:

1. Responsible for recruitment, performance assessment, training, salary and welfare, employee relations, administration and other daily work;

2. Prepare personnel recruitment plan and promote its implementation;

3. Plan and coordinate the overall operation of the personnel department, update and improve the personnel management system;

4. Excellent communication and public relations skills, with the ability to solve emergencies;

5. Promotion and implementation of training plans;

6. Organizational development of personnel.

Position Conditions:

1. University degree or above, major in human resources, business management, more than 5 years of working experience, more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;

2. Have a systematic understanding of modern enterprise human resource management mode and practical experience accumulation, have a deep understanding of all functional modules of human resource management, at least proficient in recruitment, performance, training three modules, able to guide the work of each functional module;

3. Familiar with national and local laws, regulations and policies on human resource management in Singapore and Malaysia;

4. Excellent communication and public relations ability, with the ability to solve emergencies;

5. Have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems;

6. Have the ability to build team members from 0 to 1;

7. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
