Job summary

A human resources organization in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to manage HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will be responsible for employee benefits administration, screening resumes, and preparing HR reports. Responsible for the managing HR administration responsibilities and supporting the full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, administration, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage employee benefit administration
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee details
  • Screen resumes and communicate to line managers on potential candidates
  • Arrange interviews & reference checks
  • Manage all HR administration such as personnel files, contracts, letters, uniform fitting, lockers, application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
  • Work with department heads on employees’ probationary assessments and confirmation
  • Prepare letters for promotions, transfers, acceptance of resignation & employment certificates
  • Assist with employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinary and employee grievances.
  • Prepare month end reports such as Annual Leave balance, Headcount, Turnover
  • Assist to drive welfare and recreation activities for the colleagues including but not limited to Employee Touch Points
  • Assist to co-organize Staff Events
  • Manage part-time and casual labour recruitment, administration and onboarding
  • Support the administration of the Employee Recognition program
  • Supports and ensures 100% compliance in Brand Standards, Finance & HR Audits
  • Maintain records of training attendance
