Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Prepare offer letters, contracts, and coordinate onboarding to create a great first impression for new hires.

Handle uniform issuance administration.

Manage job postings and applicant tracking on various job portals, including MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, JobStreet, FastJobs, etc.

Ensure job advertisements are up-to-date and aligned with the company's hiring needs.

Monitor and respond to candidate applications and inquiries on these platforms.

Handle MOM Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Checking our MOM quota.

Stay updated with Singapore employment laws and ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements.

Provide guidance on employment law and regulatory changes to the HR team and management.

Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.

Responsible for the follow-up & execution of all HR related processes e.g. hiring, onboarding, confirmation, resignations, transfers, staff requests etc.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.

Manage both pantry and office supplies.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements
