About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team at KMAC International Pte Ltd. As a key member of our Human Resources and Recruitment department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinating employee training and development programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related challenges
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the overall development of the HR function
What we're looking for
  • 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulatory compliance requirements
