Overview

Job Descriptions:

Overview of responsibilities for HR Business Process Outsourcing operations, including end-to-end recruitment, scholarship and internship management, leave and benefits administration, training administration, events management, data entry, reporting and analytics; ensure smooth operations in accordance with prescribed policy, standing operating procedures and customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of officers in HR Business Process Outsourcing, including end-to-end recruitment, scholarship and internship management, leave and benefits administration, training administration, events management, data entry, reporting and analytics; ensure smooth operations in accordance with policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations.
  • Verify and/or approve the deliverables of the team in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Coach and provide on-the-job training to the team.
  • Work closely with HR Manager/Director to oversee staff training and development, performance reviews and staff welfare of the team.
  • Responsible for meeting KPIs.
  • Engage with stakeholders and attend meetings/discussions with customers at working level.
  • Address customer issues promptly.
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions to Branch Head/Director.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field including supervisory experience.
  • Experience in shared services is an added advantage.
  • Past working experience in government ministries and statutory boards is preferred.
  • Experience using Workday is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable.
  • High level of initiative and mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised.
  • Independent, resourceful, team player, results driven, and customer focused.
