Human Resources Operations
  • Provide comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, re-employment, reference checks, and work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

  • Deliver day-to-day HR operational support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries relating to HR administrative processes and policies

  • Maintain and administer the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates

  • Support HR process improvement initiatives and system or workflow enhancements

  • Prepare HR updates, dashboards, and reports for HR Business Partners and stakeholders as required

  • Perform additional HR administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Manager

Payroll Support & Coverage
  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager to gain an understanding of end-to-end payroll processes

  • Serve as a backup and covering resource for payroll activities during absences or peak periods

  • Assist with payroll data preparation, verification, and post-payroll checks as required

  • Support payroll-related reporting and documentation

  • Provide guidance and support to trainees on payroll processes when needed
