A reputable organization is seeking a Human Resources Operations professional in Singapore. The role involves providing comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and contract renewals, as well as payroll support. Responsibilities also include maintaining HR Information Systems and preparing reports for HR partners. This position requires someone proactive and attentive to details, essential for managing various HR tasks efficiently.
Provide comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, re-employment, reference checks, and work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Deliver day-to-day HR operational support to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams
Act as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries relating to HR administrative processes and policies
Maintain and administer the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates
Support HR process improvement initiatives and system or workflow enhancements
Prepare HR updates, dashboards, and reports for HR Business Partners and stakeholders as required
Perform additional HR administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Manager
Work closely with the Payroll Manager to gain an understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
Serve as a backup and covering resource for payroll activities during absences or peak periods
Assist with payroll data preparation, verification, and post-payroll checks as required
Support payroll-related reporting and documentation
Provide guidance and support to trainees on payroll processes when needed
