Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention strategies for all levels of staff.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead performance management processes, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
- Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Support organizational development, change management, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
