HR Executive (Recruiter 360 Role)
Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The position involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the role includes business development responsibilities such as identifying potential clients and closing details, as well as aligning recruitment efforts with company KPIs. The individual will also assist with special projects and support initiatives assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment process of screening of resumes, conducting initial interview to assess candidate's suitability, coordinating and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries to expand our business reach.
- Lead and entire sales cycle, from prospecting, and qualifying leads to closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Work closely with the HR and/or Business Development team to understand and align with KPIs set by management.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.
- Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work.
- Ad hoc projects given by the Management/HR Manager.
Qualifications
- GCE 'O' Level
- 3 years of related working experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Preferably possess CEI license
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably with experience managing foreign employees
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations related to foreign workforce management
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suit
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
