Job summary

A reputable engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Associate HR Executive to manage payroll and oversee learning and development programs. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree, ideally with payroll experience, but fresh graduates are welcome. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary for this role, which involves a variety of HR administrative tasks and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 years payroll/HR operations experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time; ensure statutory compliance.
  • Validate large-scale time & attendance data and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and administer L&D programs for employees.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for payroll approvals and HR processes.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding documentation and HR tasks.
  • Generate payroll and L&D reports; support audits and Finance reconciliations.

Role Summary

The Associate HR Executive manages payroll for a large workforce, oversees L&D for all employees, and handles onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative tasks. In a workplace where continuous improvement and change are the norm, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable adapting to evolving processes while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
