Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll processing and act as an HR business partner. Payroll Management
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, CPF, labor laws, etc.)
  • Maintain payroll records, employee data, and confidential information
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors (if applicable)
HR Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned departments
  • Support managers with employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support organizational change and HR projects as needed
HR Operations
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain HR documentation and reports
  • Ensure HR processes are efficient and compliant with company policies
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to payroll processing
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience in an HR Business Partner or advisory role is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Excel
