Job summary

A Singapore-based technology firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a full spectrum of human resource activities in Singapore. The role involves preparing payroll, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of experience. Familiarity with HR systems and ISO standards is a plus. A positive and open mindset is highly valued in this dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ISO27001 and ISO9001 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of human resource activities.
  • Prepare and process full payroll cycle including CPF and income tax.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR system.
  • Manage recruitment-related duties.
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Participate in ISO-related audit activities.

Job description
Job Scope
  • Supporting of full spectrum of human resource activities.

  • Responsible for preparing and processing full payroll cycle (including CPF/ income tax).

  • Maintain and update employee records in Info-Tech HR system.

  • Process government-related claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen, etc.).

  • Handle on and off boarding arrangements.

  • Manage recruitment related duties.

  • Maintain HR policy to be updated and ensure the organization in complying with local relevant regulations.

  • Assist talent development plan and training execution.

  • Handle work pass application, renewal.

  • Participate Internal Audit related activities (ISO9001/ ISO27001) and organize safety activities.

  • Handle general administrative duties.

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Diploma in relevant discipline.

  • Min 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Positive and Open mindset.

  • Experienced to process payroll using HRMSystem_Info-Tech will be preferred.

  • Familiar with ISO27001/ISO9001 will be advantage.
