A Singapore-based technology firm is seeking an experienced HR professional to support a full spectrum of human resource activities in Singapore. The role involves preparing payroll, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Candidates should have a diploma in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years of experience. Familiarity with HR systems and ISO standards is a plus. A positive and open mindset is highly valued in this dynamic work environment.
Supporting of full spectrum of human resource activities.
Responsible for preparing and processing full payroll cycle (including CPF/ income tax).
Maintain and update employee records in Info-Tech HR system.
Process government-related claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen, etc.).
Handle on and off boarding arrangements.
Manage recruitment related duties.
Maintain HR policy to be updated and ensure the organization in complying with local relevant regulations.
Assist talent development plan and training execution.
Handle work pass application, renewal.
Participate Internal Audit related activities (ISO9001/ ISO27001) and organize safety activities.
Handle general administrative duties.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma in relevant discipline.
Min 3 years of relevant experience.
Positive and Open mindset.
Experienced to process payroll using HRMSystem_Info-Tech will be preferred.
Familiar with ISO27001/ISO9001 will be advantage.
