Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Manager to oversee the full recruitment cycle, manage employee relations, and support HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities
  • Partner with HODs and Team Leads to manage the full recruitment cycle, including administering Talent Acquisition Forms, sourcing and interviewing candidates, preparing salary proposals, and overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with agencies and participate in recruitment drives and outreach programmes to strengthen employer branding, enhance recruitment channels, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance improvement plans, and initiatives to foster employee engagement.
  • Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures to improve employee communication, engagement, and performance.
  • Facilitate staff engagement sessions and act as minute-taker where required.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related processes for foreign hires.
  • Support the performance management process, including reviews and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to HRIS implementation, testing, and process improvements.
  • Undertake HR-related projects, surveys, and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, preferably with exposure to HR Business Partnering.
