A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an HR Assistant to manage recruitment processes, payroll, and compliance matters. Candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience preferably in SME settings and a strong understanding of Singapore employment laws. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems. Being bilingual in Mandarin and English is essential to communicate with local clients effectively. This is a permanent position with transportation provided to the nearest MRT.
Position: HR Assistant (Recruitment/ Pass Application/ Payroll) - TUAS
Location: Tuas Ave (Company Transportation to the nearest MRT will be provided)
Working hours: 5 days a week - Monday - Friday (4 days 8am to 6pm and 1 day - 8am -5pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + Annual Leave + Free Lunch Tuesday/ Thursday
Duration: Permanent
