A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for an HR Assistant for a 6-month contract. You will support daily HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in HR or a related field and is proficient in MS Office. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of HR/administrative experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in daily operations and recruitment.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in monitoring contract expiry dates.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Education
