Role Summary

The HR Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle by delivering end-to-end HR services including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role partners closely with employees and managers to ensure efficient HR processes and a positive workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Maintain talent pipelines and prepare recruitment reports.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth integration.
  • Manage exit interviews and clearance procedures.
