A leading innovator in industrial products is seeking an HR and Admin Executive to support HR operations and office administration. You will assist in recruitment, manage HR records, and oversee office operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in HR roles, a diploma in HRM or Business Admin, and strong communication skills. Support Recruitment: Assist in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth process for new hires.
Manage HR Records: Maintain and update employee records and HR documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Handle Administration: Oversee leave administration, attendance, claims, insurance, and medical matters, providing support to employees.
Assist in Performance Management: Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Prepare Reports: Prepare HR reports and statutory submissions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Oversee Office Operations: Manage office operations, facilities, and vendor coordination, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Manage Procurement: Handle procurement, filing, asset tracking, and admin cost control, ensuring efficient operations.
Support Events: Support internal events, travel arrangements, visa applications, and ad-hoc projects, contributing to the success of company initiatives.
Education: At least a Diploma in HRM or Business Admin/Office Management (or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and office admin generalist roles.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia Employment Acts is an advantage.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Info-Tech.
Working Location: Tuas (Company Transport provided at Boon Lay or Jurong East MRT)
