Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking a HR & Admin Executive to join their dynamic team:

Role Details
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Position: HR Administrator/ HR & Admin Executive
  • Location: Redhill
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue all employment-related correspondence and documentation.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for all work pass transactions, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical examinations and maintain accurate records of outcomes.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and authorities
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR database
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • At least a Diploma in Human Resource, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR administrative experience
  • Knowledge of work pass regulations and HR documentation processes
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to start immediately or in short notice.
