Job description
Core Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive HR Management
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting, screening, interviewing, and offers
    • Handle employee relations matters including contracts, records, and attendance
    • Develop and implement compensation and performance programs suited to energy industry
    • Organize training programs focusing on industry knowledge and cross-cultural communication
    • Implement onboarding programs with specialized industry training
    • Organize team-building activities to enhance cohesion and collaboration
    • Foster positive work environment through effective employee relations
    • Address cross-cultural communication challenges in international teams
  • Administrative Management
    • Oversee daily office operations and third-party service quality (cleaning, security, maintenance)
    • Coordinate company events and meetings with technical support preparation
    • Manage office equipment and fixed assets procurement, maintenance, and disposal
    • Establish document management system handling correspondence, official documents, and licenses
    • Supervise company seal usage and contract archiving
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in HR, Management or related field
  • IHRP or similar professional certification preferred
  • Min 3+ years comprehensive HR experience
  • Background in energy, FinTech, internet or innovative industries preferred
  • Cross-border HR management experience advantageous
  • Expertise in Singapore labor laws and cross-border employment policies
  • Understanding of energy industry characteristics and virtual currency operations
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and current trends
  • Excellent bilingual communication and professional writing skills so to better communicate with stakeholders
  • Strong cross-cultural communication abilities for multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in HR systems and office software
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
