Job summary

Job description
Human Resources
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, offers, onboarding, offboarding and staff orientation.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee personal records and HR databases.
  • Administer leave records, track attendance, and process staff medical and insurance claims.
Administration
  • Liaise with company secretary
  • Oversee the purchase and replenishment of pantry items, stationery, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
  • Liaise with vendors to coordinate maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning, water dispensers and other office equipment.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Assist management with arranging flight tickets and accommodation for business travel.
  • Plan and coordinate company events such as Dinner & Dance, Chinese New Year, Christmas celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support daily operations.
  • Willing to perform overtime as and when required to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
  • Knowledge in Employment Act & MOM regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Info-tech HRMS System an advantage
  • Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
