- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, shortlisting, interviews, offers, onboarding, offboarding and staff orientation.
- Implement and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance with MOM regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update accurate employee personal records and HR databases.
- Administer leave records, track attendance, and process staff medical and insurance claims.
Administration
- Liaise with company secretary
- Oversee the purchase and replenishment of pantry items, stationery, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
- Liaise with vendors to coordinate maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning, water dispensers and other office equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist management with arranging flight tickets and accommodation for business travel.
- Plan and coordinate company events such as Dinner & Dance, Chinese New Year, Christmas celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support daily operations.
- Willing to perform overtime as and when required to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resource role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Knowledge in Employment Act & MOM regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Info-tech HRMS System an advantage
- Must have good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
