Job Overview

Our client is currently running a large-scale integration project and is looking to onboard multiple Desktop Support Engineers to support the environment. The role covers Level 1 and Level 2 IT technical support, including both end-user computing and basic infrastructure support.

This is a fully onsite role based in West Singapore, requiring strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to support a dynamic project environment. Following the completion of the project, strong performers will have the opportunity to transition into long-term onsite BAU support roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end-user devices, applications, and peripherals
  • Deliver basic infrastructure support, including network connectivity, server room support, and basic cloud environments
  • Log, track, and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA requirements
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical problems
  • Escalate issues appropriately and involve subject‑matter experts where required
  • Ensure service quality and SLA compliance
  • Perform IT asset management, including tracking and documentation
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years of experience in L1/L2 Desktop or End‑User Support
  • Must have basic experience in network, server, and cloud support
  • Experience working in an ITIL‑driven environment, with knowledge of incident, change, and configuration management
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, switches, routers, patching, and storage
  • Strong communication skills, customer‑focused, and a good team player
  • Comfortable working 5 days onsite with no work‑from‑home arrangement
