A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Host for the Guest Experience team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and assist with daily operations. Preferred qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management and at least 6 months of hotel operation experience. Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers as well as assisting the daily shift operations in line with brand standards. The Host - Guest Experience is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience team within the Rooms Division, including the Concierge and Belldesk team.
