Job summary

A global technology enterprise in Singapore is seeking a skilled High Touch Support Solutions Engineer to troubleshoot technical issues for customers using Google Cloud. In this role, you will resolve customer escalations, act as a consultant for internal teams, and improve product adoption and performance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in coding, customer advocacy, and understand cloud infrastructure. This position requires fluency in English and Mandarin, along with availability for on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience troubleshooting and advocating for customers' needs.
• Experience with writing, reading, and debugging code in multiple languages.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers on their production deployments to resolve issues.
• Develop an understanding of Google Cloud's product technology.
• Act as consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical obstacles.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedules to resolve customer issues.
