Job summary

A leading academic health system in Singapore is seeking a professional to support operational coordination and business development. The role involves collaborating with leadership and service leads, managing stakeholder communication, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in Business Management and 2-3 years' experience in project coordination and sales roles. Strong communication and analytical skills are necessary. Qualifications

• Min. 2-3 years experience in project coordination and administrative experience in BD or sales roles.
• Ability to tailor key messages to different audiences across written and verbal formats.
• Identify root causes of variances in workplans or budgets and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Support department leadership in developing initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with service leads on outreach and marketing efforts.
• Manage and respond to feedback from stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and project support for business development activities.
• Oversee the maintenance of business unit's online presence.
• Administer and maintain new and existing service contracts.
• Drive effective communication with stakeholders.
