Overview

This is an exclusive assignment with our client, a privately-owned multinational corporation within the logistics (transportation, storage, fulfillment end-to-end) services sector.

They are currently in growing and transformation phase by diversifying and growing new client solutions, upgrading systems, processes and investing in people.

Currently, they are on the lookout for a Head of Logistics Operations to grow their Pharmaceuticals and Retail verticals. This is an exciting pioneering role responsible for setting up their operations, SOP, financial targets, strategy, people, KPIs from scratch.

This is a great opportunity for experienced senior professionals with deep industry expertise in Pharmaceutical and/or Retail logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

• New headcount, new business set-up opportunity
• Reporting to MD (SG based) - office located in the West side of Singapore
• Opportunity available only for candidates currently based in Singapore

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the logistics sector (3PL/service provider/distributor) supporting Pharmaceutical and/or Retail clients/verticals
• Proven track-record designing, building, scaling, and executing new logistics solutions from scratch
• Experienced owning and improving P&L/financial targets
• Deep industry expertise (regulatory, QA, compliance) in Pharmaceutical and/or Retail sectors
• Strong communication skills in order to influence and engage stakeholders across different seniorities, locations, and departments
