The Role

To power their next phase of expansion, our client is looking to significantly augment their engineering bench strength. They are seeking a hands‑on Head of Engineering to architect the company’s digital backbone and lead a high‑performing software team. This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives in startup environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Ownership: Design and own the long‑term technical roadmap and system architecture, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Engineering Excellence: Implement and enforce rigorous technical standards, including mandatory code reviews, automated testing frameworks, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Data & Workflow Integrity: Establish robust Data Architecture patterns to ensure high availability, data integrity, and efficient retrieval for automated medical report generation.
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide deep technical mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous skill enhancement and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, clinical, and laboratory teams to translate complex business needs into elegant, executable technical solutions.
