Master Trainer – Snap Fitness (Toa Payoh & Pasir Ris Central)

Full-Time | Leadership Role | Coaching Excellence & Team Development

Snap Fitness TPY/PRC is seeking a Master Trainer to lead our Personal Training team, raise coaching standards, and build a strong, professional, and growth-driven training culture across both clubs. This leadership role is suited for someone technically strong, people-oriented, and committed to building trainers and delivering exceptional client results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Personal Trainers at all levels.
  • Guide junior trainers through structured onboarding, technical coaching, and shadowing.
  • Drive PT training quality, professionalism, and culture across both gyms.
  • Conduct regular TTT (Train-the-Trainer) sessions to elevate technical competency.
  • Review client programmes and guide trainers to deliver safe, effective, and results-driven training.
  • Maintain strong documentation, SOPs, training logs, and protocol standards.
  • Build and optimise frameworks for session quality, PT performance, and client progress tracking.
  • Drive PT sales, client retention, and session conduction rates.
  • Collaborate with Club Managers to meet training and business KPIs.
  • Support hiring, evaluation, and onboarding of new trainers.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years as a Personal Trainer, with senior or lead responsibilities preferred.

  • Flexible schedule; able to support evening or weekend needs when required.
