Position: Head Chef (Western & Multi-Cuisine)

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and uphold the quality standards of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Ensure food quality, consistency and hygiene standards
• Develop and improve menu items across multiple cuisines
• Train, lead and supervise the kitchen team
• Manage inventory, food cost and kitchen efficiency
• Ensure smooth and timely service during operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge in Western cuisine (必需)
• Versatile and experienced in multiple cuisines, including:
• Chinese cuisine
• Western cuisine
• Filipino cuisine
• Malaysian cuisine
• Indian cuisine
