Cashew is building Singapore’s most trusted digital mortgage platform. As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for a driven, and entrepreneurial Growth Manager to take our acquisition engine to the next level.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not maintain — perfect for someone hungry to grow with a fast-moving fintech.

Responsibilities

Influencer, Affiliate & Partner Growth

• Build and scale our influencer and affiliate network to unlock new growth engines
• Identify, engage, and manage creators, partners, and distribution channels

Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing

• Own user acquisition across performance, social, and emerging channels
• Run data-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Outbrain, Dianomi, and more
• Test new channels, optimize CAC, and improve lead quality

Content, Creative & Conversion

• Create high-converting landing pages, promotions, and campaign assets
• Shape Cashew’s brand voice through messaging, blogs, and storytelling
• Use AI + automation to accelerate creative production and testing

Experimentation & Growth Loops

• Experiment aggressively — online and offline — to discover what moves the business
• Test, learn, measure, repeat
• Develop an increasingly refined understanding of funnels, customer psychology, and conversion drivers

Ownership & Speed

• Operate with deep autonomy
• If you don’t know how to do something, you learn fast — or find the help you need
• Treat growth as your mission, not a task list

Requirements
