Get to Know the Role

This is a 6 months full‑time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.

Trust team builds cutting‑edge solutions designed to provide robust fraud detection service with petabyte‑scale datasets. Our platform leverages the latest advancements in AI/LLM to help businesses minimize the risk of fraud and maintain a secure environment.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability in Go.
• Work on large‑scale data systems, leveraging statistics, economic principles and AI to continuously optimize our fraud detection strategies and enhance platform security.
• Participating in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards.

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during the traineeship:

• Collaborate within an Agile sprint team to deliver end‑to‑end features for our high‑volume risk‑prediction platform, influencing both its development and operational strategy.
• Be an integral part of software engineering sprints, learn how to design and build the large‑scale data platform.
• Leverage the latest AI/LLM technologies to accelerate the development lifecycle.
