Job description

Responsibilities:

• Involve in meeting with customers related to ship defect & other related issues.
• To prepare service acceptances, reports upon completion of defect rectification.
• Involve in planning, scheduling & giving of jobs to production team daily.
• Able to provide suggestions/ideas to assist customers in solving problems
• Monitoring of jobs to ensure on time completion
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Involves in project

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
• Understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating will be an advantage.
• Possess positive attitude
• Possess basic understanding of basic components and functions of mechanical systems
• Able to read simple drawings and service reports
• Basic communication with customers.
• Good teamwork

• Location: Pioneer Sector (Daily Transportation Reimbursed To and Fro)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
