Key Responsibilities
- Green Mark Certification:
- Lead and manage the full Green Mark certification process (Platinum, Super Low Energy, etc.).
- Liaise with BCA and Green Mark consultants to ensure timely submission and assessment of documentation.
- Coordinate with design, M&E, and construction teams to ensure compliance with sustainability targets.
Project Sustainability Management:
- Integrate sustainable design and construction practices into all project phases.
- Monitor energy modeling, daylighting analysis, thermal comfort, and other sustainability simulations.
- Ensure all materials, equipment, and construction methods align with Green Mark criteria (energy efficiency, water conservation, IAQ).
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain Green Mark documentation, including pre-assessment reports, checklists, and final submission packages.
- Track project sustainability progress and submit periodic reports to management and relevant authorities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Conduct workshops and training for project teams on Green Mark requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve sustainability objectives.
Job Requirements
- GMAP or GMAAP certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sustainability or Green Mark coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of BCA Green Mark criteria, certification workflows, and documentation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation management.
