Graphic Designer – Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and prioritise design requests through the Design Request Portal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead assigned design projects from concept to completion.
  • Apply and safeguard the school’s visual corporate identity across all outputs.
  • Develop and maintain design templates and frameworks to ensure consistency and efficient workflows.
  • Maintain and organise design repositories.
Creative Development and Brand Enhancement
  • Conceptualise and produce high‑impact visual content for print and digital platforms to support marketing, admissions, internal and external communications.
  • Contribute proactive ideas to continuously professionalise and strengthen the school’s visual identity.
  • Provide creative guidance on visual storytelling and external content strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with communication objectives and institutional priorities.
Event Support and Collaboration
  • Support photo and videographer during school events, if required.
  • Participate in meetings with design requesters and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings within the Marketing Admissions Department.
Qualifications – Experience and Skills

Design for Print: Proven experience in designing for print media, including flyers, posters, booklets, magazines, signage and related materials.

Design for Digital: Strong experience in digital design, including e‑banners, PDFs, web layouts, video graphics and other digital assets.

AI‑Enhanced Design: Experience or demonstrated interest in using AI‑powered design tools with an understanding of ethical and brand‑aligned use in an educational context.

Illustration: Basic experience in freehand drawing or digital illustration, including the use of tablets such as Wacom.

Event Coverage: Foundational understanding of photography and videography, including basic editing techniques is an advantage.

Web & CMS: Fundamental understanding of web design and HTML. Familiarity with Content Management Systems; experience with WordPress is an advantage.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience using Canva for rapid prototyping, branded templates, and team‑based design workflows.
  • Confident use of macOS workstations.
  • Working knowledge of DSLR cameras and camcorders.
