Job description

Position level: MANAGER (Global Value Chain Advisory)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead in delivering large scale and complex supply chain management engagements leveraging various supply chain strategy and technologies to help our clients
  • Design, implement, deploy and evaluate supply chain operational requirements and strategies within clients organization for performance improvement
  • Enhance supply chain performance through planning process and organization re-engineering
  • Responsible for developing thought leadership addressing the latest in supply chain innovation and digital supply chain.
  • Develop implementation roadmap to align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the overall strategy
  • Business development, reviewing the proposals and presentations
  • Support in project operation and team work administration
  • Key liaison and contact with the external stakeholders on project basis
  • Actively contribute in client engagement and business excellence
  • Lead and manage team which includes appraisal, recruitment and training
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning and execution or sourcing and procurement
  • Possess in-depth understanding in inventory optimization, implementation of digital supply chain or emerging technologies in supply chain
  • Possess out-of-box thinking to identify new business opportunities and penetrate new accounts, formulate and implement business strategies
  • Self-starter, pioneering spirit, reliable, resourceful and ability to take ownershipAble to multi-task and have a strong capability to meet deadlines and Management expectations
  • Strong problem solving and client/executive relationship management skills
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Natural interest in solving problems and delivering unique solutions
