We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Trade Development Manager to lead strategic initiatives. This role focuses on driving trade priorities, building growth pipelines, and shaping opportunities across existing and new business.

How you create impact

Strategic Development & Pipeline Building

  • Drive growth across priority trade lanes (focus on prepaid business)
  • Build and manage pipelines for current and new opportunities
  • Conduct market research to guide development in high-yield lanes
  • Track execution and outcomes of strategic initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Align priorities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to support trade strategies
  • Attend client meetings and travel for market intelligence

Commercial & Pricing Support

  • Support RFQs, spot quotes, and pricing implementation
  • Identify market development and yield improvement opportunities

Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze trade metrics (volumes, yields)
  • Prepare market reports to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with sales to convert insights into growth
