Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of Group consolidation for reporting.
  • Prepare analysis of financial and management reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors for annual audit preparation.
  • Liaise with tax agents on transfer pricing.
  • Recommend management actions for acquisitions and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with SGX sustainability regulations.
