A payments technology company is seeking a Software Tester to work within the Cards and Payments industry. The ideal candidate will have software testing experience, specifically in test case design and execution, and be proficient with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with fraud mitigation processes are essential. Job description

• Software testing experience throughout all phases of a software testing cycle in Cards and Payments industry
• Has in-depth knowledge of merchant boarding, authorizations flow, clearing and settlement and funding.
• Test cases design and execution and defect tracking in JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams during testing phases of the project.
• Hands on experience in agile implementations, understanding of certification testing, SIT and UAT. In depth knowledge in ISO8583 specification.
• Knowledge in Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured / Karate Framework and Jenkins will be added value.
• System Knowledge Hands on experience in any one of the Switch like PowerCard Switch, IST, EDC or any other Switch experience from Vantiv, Wordpay, Global Payments, TSYS, Fiserv, Cybersource.
• Hands on experience in brand simulators like Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex and VisionPlus Ability to run commands in UNIX.
• Ability to create select, update query using SQL navigators or Toad. Hands on experience in shell scripting will be added value.
• Hands in experience in automation testing will be added value. Functional testing Merchant boarding based on industry, currency. Concept of MID and TID creation.
• Identify the transactions required for E2E testing. Pricing and Interchange. Clearing and settlement, Chargebacks, Funding file, Payment Facilitators, Fraud monitoring rules, alerts (Vigilance).
• Using of Fractals for Fraud mitigation, Merchant Portal UI Widgets, Reports, Statements E-commerce transactions entry and processing, merchant integration with our payment gateway.
