What You’ll Do

• Teach group classes for English, Maths, or Science in alignment with the MOE syllabus.
• Develop and customize lesson materials with the curriculum team.
• Track student progress, manage attendance, and provide timely feedback to both students and parents.
• Inspire and support students’ holistic growth, helping them thrive academically and as individuals.
• Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions and explore.
• Manage parent communications via calls or WhatsApp class groups.
• Arrange makeup lessons and handle any changes to the schedule.

Key Requirements

• Able to teach two subjects confidently from English, Maths, or Science. We’re looking for candidates who are comfortable teaching at least two subjects from this list. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, but you should be able to confidently teach at least two subjects.
• At least 1 year of group teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore MOE syllabus.
• Qualifications:
  Primary Level: Minimum A-Level or Diploma.
  Secondary Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Other Traits:
  Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
  Strong communication skills and classroom management abilities.
  Patient, empathetic, and passionate about student development — both academically and personally.

Work Schedule

• Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (3 days/week)
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (both Saturday and Sunday, on-site classes at Hougang or Yishun)
  Note: This position requires working weekends (both Saturdays and Sundays) in addition to weekdays.
• Day Off: Day offs will be within weekdays, subject to management's arrangement regarding time off.
• Admin Work: Can be completed remotely during non-teaching hours.
• Team Meetings: Weekly meetings conducted via Zoom.
