Orchard Outlet – 4 Days Schedule: Monday–Sunday – 9:30–21:30, 10:30–22:30, 8:00–20:00 (Stock Take Period)

Orchard Outlet – 5 Days Schedule: Monday–Sunday – 13:15–22:30, 13:30–22:30

HarbourFront Outlet – 4 Days Schedule: Monday–Friday – 10:30–22:30, 8:00–20:00 (Stock Take Period); Saturday–Sunday – 9:30–21:30, 10:30–22:30

HarbourFront Outlet – 5 Days Schedule: Monday–Sunday – 13:15–22:30, 13:30–22:30

Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the store
  • Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
  • Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
  • Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Training, and supervising retail staff, setting performance expectations, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff
  • Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
  • Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations
