Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service standards at SuperPark.
• Monitor and develop park activities for guest experiences.
• Ensure safety while managing guests in sports-oriented activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve situations flexibly.
• Assume various lead roles, including Party Host and Camp Leader.
• Promote park offerings based on guest needs.
• Complete housekeeping assignments for safety and cleanliness.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Takes a proactive role in maintaining SuperPark Singapore’s guest service standards.
• Monitor, motivate and develop park activities that constantly delivers awesome experience to our guests.
• Keep safety as the focus while instructing/managing our guests in a variety of sports‑oriented activities, programs and/or learning journeys.
• Be proactive with guests to answer questions and be flexible in resolving guest situations via face‑to‑face, mobile, or other digital communication channels.
• Be prepared to assume various lead roles in the park, including and not limited to Party Host, Program Host, Camp Leader and/or Super Camp Supervisor.
• Proactively seeks to promote park offerings, including membership passes, birthday parties, programs, and merchandise in response to guests' needs.
• Complete housekeeping assignments including and not limited to general cleanliness of crew and guest areas, safety checks on all equipment and facilities per the SOP and upkeeping of the overall play park ambience.
• All other ad‑hoc duties assigned.
